M3Editor Basic Tutorial Class - Wednesday night and/or Saturday

I will be showing people how to install and use the M3Editor this week.

I am hoping to spark some creative juices for more type of missions on the servers.
Who wouldn't want to do some work and then go and play it in MP gaming>?

So be ready to use Arma 3 to a new level than you are use to.
Be ready to download a small file, install it and load it to run with exile on Altis and/or Chernarus.

And its FREE!

All I ask is those that are interested and continue working on the M3Editor map addons, make a few for DonkeyPunch and become a contributing member to the place you LOVE!

I think you've done a amazing job with the servers so far, so I'm really interested in participating both to contribute to an already amazing project and to learn for myself how to do this type of server customization.  I haven't use M3Editor yet so I'm a blank slate there.  As far as programming/scripting I've done UI scripting on other software in the past and did some programming in uni so I'm not a total noob when it comes to code.

What is your time zone?  I do work so I maybe not be free Wednesday night depending on your time zone.  Saturday is more flexible for me.

I'll be lurking on your TS when I'm free.  Looking forward to working with you!

This isn't really code based but map addon based creation.

We will download a mod.
Start the game with it loaded.
Enter the editor
Start a map with the M3EDITOR addon active.
Plop down some pieces,  save them both ways and then voila.

Then after that those that are still wanting to continue can make some bad ass bases for missions and such.

Exile mod released 0.9.3, I am currently doing the update to Altis for testing.
Unfortunately it looks like they are going to do a quick update release to maybe 0.9.3a for clients and a new server side key.

Lets see how today goes with updates first!
