Ok after investigating this matter, it seems BATIO Feels that its ok to impersonate another player.

I have a connected log showing this: 2015-07-11 00:05:53 playerConnected: 76561198079214195:[TNC]SITH.

This post will reflect BATIOs first and only warning regarding impersonating another player/clan in DonkeyPunch

Following up after sending Batio a Steam Chat message yesterday.
He has not responded and has joined the server today under  2015-07-11 17:02:20 playerConnected:76561198079214195:Black

Under this name he destroyed several vehicles inside a base.
We have had many different complaints about their group and enough is enough.
Ive had too many glitching complaints, too many name changes found in the system, too many things have come up since HoS's return to DonkeyPunch.
I welcomed them with open arms and they have proven they are just playing the game to Troll/Glitch/Exploit in every server they join.
