Quick little morning update

Ok I set the despawn timer up on the Capture the Flags(thanks Ajerome for pointing it out)

I have changed the respawn timers for the HERO AI and BANDIT AI missions. Spread them out and varied them.

Edited the True Hunger and Thirst, better than before.

Testing the Simple Ammo Repack script to replace the old version which threw out errors.
