Server not ready Error 03

past couple of days and rather randomly myself and quite a few others are getting the server not ready error 03 when trying to get into the server. Any ideas?

Hey lucid. Last night and this morning were the first two times it's ever happened.

I looked into it and found several of the same people joining the server when this happened both times.

They have been banned on both servers

Me and  friend just started getting this error about 20mins ago. we were riding in a speedboat and i disconnected (shitty router) whilst riding as a passenger but my avatar was still riding in his boat. I was unable to reconnect, getting the error 03 thing and he disconnected for a moment to grab a drink and was unable to reconnect from that error as well. Any way to fix that error on my end or bypass it somehow? I hope we arent banned or anything.
