how do i use the DPA4E system in Arma 3 ? (How to add to EDEN ?

I'm trying to figure out how to locate the Module or somewhere within EDEN where i can find the "DPA4E" Mod. unless it's outdated and no longer works...

if someone could direct me in the correct direction as to how to get it to work ?. I have the exile Client added in my Arma 3 Launcher. then i open a map and place down a player. there's nothing in the Editor anywhere showing me where it is. Tried searching in the search box at the top right.

Can't find it anywhere.

The context menu item that is now visible is "Open Link in new tab" and that is what it does. Do you know how to change the code to open the link in the SAME tab or window?
