In order to get Upgrade V - Beacons to have a better chance in release, I found a police siren!
The siren and its licensing was added here:

https://youtu.be/injg9NRask0During testing it was found that multiple on and off clicks to the beacons will allow for multiple sirens to start playing.
Each would overlap the next until the sound was too much.
Variable EPOCH_Siren was added and a temporary isNil check to initialize it was included in the UserAction statement.
This variable could also be used if services beacons are also activated and utilized with another non-emergency sound.
