[FIXED and UPDATED] Revive player is again compatible with Exile and Heal Player

Revive is again compatible with exile and works like it should
Only revive a player once during their lifetime.
Defib works forever

Heal player comes back and gets an upgrade.
Add Rank for healing a friend
Must have an instadoc to heal player.


By the way all of these features that I am writing and fixing are being installed at the same time on Nex Corvus Altis!!!!!!!!
Yes Nex Corvus is getting the rebuild treatment and all the Donkeypunch Glory it deserves!
