[BIG Updates] Many things :) Rank | Fog | FastRope | DMS

Ok guys I did a lot of work last night for the Nex Corvus Altis upgrade to 0.9.8 and moved over Rank from that work to Tanoa!

[Added]Rank, check rank use Shift + ~
[Changed] Removed all fog since Tanoa is crazy thick in some low areas
[Added] Fastroping - Alpha trials were a success but we will be adding the need for rope to repel
[Upgraded] DMS mission system got upgrades with ExileD group AI missions for a 3rd set of spawns. Poptabs and respect were straightened out. Toast notifications were added.


I will be updating the DonkeyPunch Addon Xpanded HUD to reflect physical poptabs instead of locker tabs.

And a second round of updates to correct a few minor bugs found once place LIVE.
Poptabs  in your locker were always the right amount. The hud was not reporting them properly
Ok and DMS will now send the proper amount of physical poptabs to your player account in the database.

[Updated] VEMF now will report the proper Respect points

[Fixed] A few empty prices in the traders
