Today I loaded up all the mods indicated above.  When I got to the "Network Games on Internet" screen, where it shows a list of all the available servers, I selected the Donkey Punch NAPF server.  In the lower-right part of the screen it shows the mods required by the server along with a red or green circle indicating whether I have the required mod installed.  Despite having followed the links above and subscribed to all the mods, and downloading and installing the latest versions of the two non-Steam mods, I got the following (Also, I long ago purchased all the DLC's - Karts, Marksmen and Helicopters):

X  ARMA3 Karts
X  ARMA3 Marksmen
X  ARMA3 Helicopters
X  RZ Infection for Exile
X  DP Exile Addon Mod
X  Ryan's Zombies & Demons
X  Half-Life Creations Mod Set
X  CUP Vehicles - 1.2
X  CUP Weapons 1.5
X  CUP Units 1.2.2
X  Community Base Addons v2.3.1
X  NAPF Island
X  CUP Terrains - Core 1.0.1
X  Exile Mod

I joined the server and was able to spawn my character in.  However, I am unsure if everything is working correctly because the "red" indicators for the mods seem to indicate those mods are not working.

Any suggestions?

Why are the mod indicators red in arma?

Because arma broke them in 1.56.
These are things active community members have known since December of last year :)
