Anarchy weather system Teaser. light Dust Storms

After playing around with particles for the set on fire system, I went for a grander scale of things.
Random dust storms that can be light to heavy on the viewer.
These storms are planned to be used on various places on the map, not the entire map all the time.
Concentrated dust storms that only affect those within its path. They will last and dissipate over time.
